Today we are going to talk about\u2026\u2026.Black Bottom Cupcakes!!! These are so yummy you will have a hard time eating just one. My oldest son made these the other day and I had forgotten just how good they were so I wanted to share this recipe with you. The KEY is to add plenty of the cream cheese mixture into the cupcake \u2013 that gives it an almost cheesecake like texture at the bottom.   • 1<\/span>\u00a0Egg<\/span>\u00a0Beaten slightly<\/span><\/li>
  • 1\/3<\/span>\u00a0Cup<\/span>\u00a0Sugar<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span>\u00a0Cup<\/span>\u00a0Chocolate Chips<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span>\u00a0Cup<\/span>\u00a0Sugar<\/span><\/li>
  • 1 1\/2<\/span>\u00a0Cups<\/span>\u00a0Flour<\/span><\/li>
  • 1\/4<\/span>\u00a0Cup<\/span>\u00a0Cocoa<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span>\u00a0tsp<\/span>\u00a0Baking Soda<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span>\u00a0Tbsp<\/span>\u00a0Vinegar<\/span><\/li>

  • 1<\/span>\u00a0Cup<\/span>\u00a0Water<\/span><\/li>

    1. Combine first three Ingredients (Cream Cheese, Egg, Sugar) and beat well – Add Chocolate Chips and set aside<\/div><\/li>
    2. Mix remaining ingredients well – the batter will be thin so don’t worry!<\/div><\/li>
    3. Add cupcake liners to a pan then fill 1\/3 to 1\/2 full<\/div><\/li>
    4. Drop one large Tablespoon of the cream cheese mix into the batter. (This is what makes these extra yummy!<\/div><\/li>
    5. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes<\/div><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
