Burrata Tomato Spread

This spread is so easy to make and everyone LOVES it! Perfect for any occasion! They'll think you worked all day but really, it's about as simple as it gets! Make sure to invite plenty of friends over to join you.
Or make it for yourself and have it for lunch for DAYS! My mom and I have a serious obsession with anything that has tomatoes, basil and cheese so this is about perfect!
Cook Time20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Tomatoes Cut up - My favorite are the flavor bombs but you can use cherry or grape tomatoes as well
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Basil
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Fresh Garlic Or one clove - be generous if you love garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1-2 Burrata Cheese Balls
  • Salt & Pepper Shakers To taste

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
  • Chop up Tomatoes & Basil and add to small baking dish
  • Add Oregano, Garlic, Balsamic, Olive Oil & Salt & Pepper - these amounts are just a suggestion. Go crazy if you like it more flavorful!
  • When it comes out of the oven, add the Burrata Cheese Balls in the center
  • Serve with bread, crackers or anything else that sounds good with tomatoes & cheese (honestly I could just eat this right out of the dish)
